Gear Policy:
25M - Loot Council: Loot is distributed based on a combination of attitude, skill, guild activity, attendance, rank, and progression impact.
10M - Soft Res: https://softres.it/ 10M raids will be scheduled but attendance is not required. Some individuals will prefer to run/host 10M GDKPs to increase the likelihood of getting the items they need and that behavior is encouraged.

Rank Hierarchy: Speed Clear Raider > Raider > Raider Alt > Trial Raider > Casual - FnF

Speed Clear Raider: The speed clear team is formed by looking at attitude, skill, and availability. Team membership will be evaluated every 4 weeks. Being on the clear team team means priority on raid spots and priority on gear. Raid attendance of 80%, for both raid days, over a 5 week period is required to maintain your status.

Raider: This rank is for individuals who can commit to raiding 2 days a week on either a TT, WM, or SS team. It is required that you have the ability to perform the expectations of the role while understanding and executing the strategies of current content encounters. Raider and above ranks are expected to farm pre-BIS items. These items are a requirement set by your class lead. Raid attendance of 75%, for both raid days, over a 5 week period is required to maintain your status.

Raider Alt: This rank is for individuals who are Raiders and have a Raid ready alt that is interested in filling in on TT/WM/SS.

Trial Raider: This rank is for individuals who are interested in raiding with Variance. Either new members to the guild or casual Variance members applying for a raid spot. During this period they will be assessed on their ability as a player to play the game well and conformity with our culture. This rank will be maintained for a minimum of TWO raid lockouts.

Casual - FnF: This rank is for individuals who play casually. Individuals who do not have time to dedicate to being a Raider. This rank is allowed and encouraged to raid when spots are available and will recieve gear when it is available.

• What does being number one mean?
  Server first content kills and top speed parses while not being toxic about it.

• When does prog finish?
  Generally after the content has been cleared in two back to back weeks. Then we will start rebalancing the teams.
